When the seasons of fall and winter colldide it creates such a magical moment known snowliage. That November, while in Yosemite, I was able to witness such a rare event as the earlier snow storm blanketed all the fall foliage. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I looked up and saw the iconic El Capitan glowing with the algenglow light framed with the surrounding colorful dogwood foliage and evergreen trees were covered with the white snow blanket. I stopped at one of my favorite compositions to get the last of the sunset light on El Captian. Man, it felt so good to be back in Yosemite during winter!
